Fees for insurance plans are charged according to the payor (insurance)/provider (therapist) contracted agreement; client self-pay rate or sliding scale for uninsured clients.   I receive payment from several covered insurance plans (in and out of network), cash, and certified funds.  Various insurance plans accepted can be found listed below. Coverage and payments depend on your specific insurance company and plan.  You may contact your insurance carrier to verify your benefits and deductible or co-pay if applicable.  Insurance ID card or plan information is required upon booking your appointment for verification purposes.
